By accessing or using ChangeSizeImage (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this Service.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

ChangeSizeImage provides free online tools for resizing, compressing, and converting images. All image processing is performed client-side in your browser. We do not store, upload, or transmit your images to any server.

The Service is provided free of charge and is supported by advertising revenue from Google AdSense. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time without notice.

You may use the Service for lawful purposes only, including but not limited to:

• Resizing personal or professional images for web, print, or social media use
• Compressing images to reduce file size for faster loading
• Converting images between supported formats (JPG, PNG, WebP, TIFF)
• Processing images you own or have permission to modify

You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to process any images you upload to our tools.

You agree not to use the Service for any of the following:

• Processing images that infringe on intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other rights of third parties
• Processing illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or obscene content
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Service
• Using automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access or interact with the Service
• Interfering with or disrupting the Service or servers connected to the Service
• Circumventing any content filtering or security measures we employ
• Using the Service to distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful code
• Engaging in any activity that imposes an unreasonable load on our infrastructure

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of ChangeSizeImage and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of ChangeSizeImage.

The underlying image processing libraries used by the Service are subject to their own open-source licenses, which are available upon request.

You retain all rights to your images. We do not claim ownership of any images you process using our Service. Since all processing occurs in your browser, we never receive, store, or have access to your image files.

You are solely responsible for the content of any images you process. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary permissions to use and modify such images, and that doing so does not violate any third-party rights.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. ChangeSizeImage makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

ChangeSizeImage does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. The results of image processing (resizing, compression, conversion) may vary depending on your browser, device, and the specific characteristics of your images.

We strongly recommend keeping backups of your original images before processing them with our tools.

In no event shall ChangeSizeImage, its owners, or its affiliates be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the Service, even if ChangeSizeImage or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ChangeSizeImage and its owners from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your use of and access to the Service
• Your violation of any term of these Terms of Service
• Your violation of any third-party right, including copyright, trademark, or privacy
• Any claim that your use of the Service caused damage to a third party

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
